• Impero’s Slip-On Welded Semi Rigid Bow Spring Centralizer is engineered to meet API 10 D standards and specifications, allowing them to withstand all conditions.
• Welded Semi Rigid Centralizer is used to centralize the casing in the center of the wellbore in horizontal and vertical deviated wells.
• The spring characteristics of the Double-Crested profile make it easy to move through tight spots and doglegs.
• In order to ensure a strong weld, the double-crested bows are welded to the end rings under specific conditions and temperature using correct grade electrodes. They can be directly installed onto the casing pipe and are provided with set screw-style stop collars to increase the holding force.
• As part of the manufacturing process, the centralizer is coated with iron phosphate to prevent corrosion.
• Welded Semi Rigid Centralizers are preassembled, making them convenient to install. They can be slipped on the casing pipe from one end at the time of installation.
• Sizes range from 4 1/2 ” to 20″. In addition to the regular sizes, any special sizes and combinations can be made available upon request.
